Our Story
A Modern View on an Ancient Tradition
Our story did not begin with nostalgia for the past, but with a clear view of the present. We grew up in Istanbul and, after working long enough in business and IT, we realized we wanted to contribute to something greater, something truly meaningful.That's when Volkan acquired olive groves in the Pergamon region. The incredible potential of these ancient olive groves and the obvious limitations of traditional methods made us wonder: could we create an olive oil that would be consistently high quality, while still respecting the land and the ecosystem?
The answer was OleTurk — a project at the intersection of respect for nature and belief in progress.
