DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

At Oleturk, the process of delivering our "Golden Liquid" to you is as sensitive as our production process. We view your shipment not as a "package," but as a "deposit" sent to you. Here are our transparent delivery standards:

1. SHIPPING TIME (SPEED POLICY) Orders are not held in "waiting rooms" at our company.

Weekdays: All orders placed before 3 PM are shipped the SAME DAY.

Weekends: Orders placed after 12 PM on Saturday and on Sunday are shipped first thing Monday morning.

Note: During campaign periods or in case of force majeure (heavy snowfall, etc.), this period may be extended by a maximum of +24 hours.

2. AGREED CARGO AND DELIVERY TIMES We ship our products with the assurance of [YURTİÇİ KARGO / ARAS KARGO], which has the widest distribution network in Türkiye.

Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa (Metropolitan Areas): Usually 1-2 business days.

Other Cities: 2-3 business days.

Mobile Regions (Village/Town): May take 3-5 business days depending on the cargo branch's delivery days.

3. SHIPPING FEES We don't like surprise costs either.

[1,500 TL] and Above: Shipping is FREE. We cover all costs.

[1,500 TL] and Below: A fixed shipping fee of [75 TL] applies to all of Türkiye. It will be automatically added on the payment screen.

4. "UNBREAKAGE GUARANTEE" (MOST IMPORTANT) Our olive oil is in glass bottles, and the shipping process can sometimes be rough. But don't worry, the risk is entirely Oleturk's.

Air Cushion Protection: Our bottles are packaged in special pressure-resistant air-shock packaging. The chance of breakage is less than 1%.

What Happens If It Arrives Broken?: If your shipment arrives damaged, you don't need to file a report. If you see a broken/leaky bottle when you open the box, simply take a photo and send it to us via [WhatsApp Line or Email].

Solution: A NEW ONE will be sent FREE OF CHARGE on the SAME DAY without question. We don't want you to deal with broken glass; you can throw it away.

5. ORDER TRACKING: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a "Shipment Tracking Number" via SMS and email. You can track every movement of your package instantly with this number.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Currently, we only deliver within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.
